We suggest using the project name in the file. 1.5 Select “OK” to export the IFC. Back Next Final part: Assembling Project files Advanced Steel Step 2: Export the project KISS file from Advance Steel 2.1 Select the Export & Import Tab. 2.2 In the “Exchange formats section”, select the drop-down beside “Exchange formats” title. 2.3 Select “KISS”. 2.4 Select the desired destination and KISS file name. 2.5 Select “Save”. Now you have both IFC and KISS files. Let's complete the final steps! (i.e. “B1000-1-r0” and “B1000-2-r0” should be combined and saved as “B1000-r0”).* I merged PDFs of the same assembly onto oneI don't have assemblies that require more than 1 PDF If hyphens are used in assembly names, these must be reflected and present in the PDF file name.* All hyphens used in assembly names are present within the file namesThere are no hyphens used in assembly names Back Step 4 Final part: Assembling Project files Advanced Steel Step 4: Archive all the files into ZIP within your device 4.1 Locate all the files/folders that you want to zip within your devise. IFC and KISS files are required; PDF files are optional, but feel free to upload them for your convenience. 4.2 Press and hold (or right-click) the file or folder, select (or point to) Send to, and then select Compressed (zipped) folder.
